Have you seen a clogged up piping system, perhaps in your sink or in your bathroom’s toilet bowl? What’s the first thing that you noticed?
Dirt and filth – LOTS of them!
Instead of being flushed out of your house, since your sink or toilet’s piping system is clogged, they accumulate there and they get smellier ever single minute.

That’s EXACTLY what happens if your colon is clogged and not functioning well.
The toxins, bad bacteria, fecal matter, etc. accumulate inside your colon, and worse, eventually they will spread through your body and cause discomfort and diseases.
If you haven’t seen a clogged up and unhealthy colon, I’m telling you, it’s not a sight to marvel at.
And if you’re having thoughts about going through colon cleansing, don’t think twice about it. Go for it before an unhealthy colon starts taking its toll!
“BUT what causes a colon to clog and be unhealthy?” you may ask.
Actually, there are MANY causes of waste build up in your colon. BUT let me name a few of them…
- Lack of water. Water is important to keep your colon hydrated. And if you lack on it, your stool will be dry and it will be hard for your colon to naturally and smoothly move it out.
- Lack of exercise. Even those muscles around your colon, which you don’t see, need exercise. Living a sedentary lifestyle could to those muscles being inactive and weak…unable to push the toxins out of your body.
- Poor diet. So you love processed foods and love dining at fast food restaurants and diners? Guess what, the foods you eat there are filled with toxins, and having lots of it could lead to constipation and waste build-up.
- Not enough fiber. Soluble fiber is necessary for proper digestion and regular bowel movement. Low fiber in your diet could lead to small pieces of fecal matter being left in your colon. Other toxins stick to these small pieces of stool…snowballing into bigger pieces of dirt!
In simpler terms, an unhealthy lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits will lead to an unhealthy colon faster than you could say, “I want colon cleansing!”
And if you want to start colon cleansing and get rid of those not-so-friendly substances in your body, taking capsules and treatments that claim to clean your body isn’t enough.
A change of lifestyle and habits is in order.
Here are some simple steps that you can start doing right after reading this article –
- Drink water…LOTS of them.
- Go low on processed foods. It would be better if you could cook your own food so you could monitor what ingredients you use in it.
- Start living an active lifestyle.
- Eat fiber-rich foods like raw veggies and fruits.
